The Story Behind "Modern Organic Oak Interiors"

I have lived in the U.S. for almost a year and first got inspired by the Interior Designer my host family hired for styling their new home. That was the first time I fantasized about organizing and styling homes myself.

I remember when I was a child my mom always got annoyed with me for trying to organize my room and moving furniture around. Now, living in my apartment with my partner I still love spending time decorating, organizing, and styling all parts of our home.

When people enter our apartment for the first time, they are always stunned by how cozy and detailed everything is. That's when I started to consider opening up a business in the back of my head; however, I was too shy and felt inexperienced to take a step forward and look for people who needed help with styling and organizing their homes.

Last summer, I had my first little "job" at my boyfriend's parents' house. His mother wanted to rearrange her picture wall. We bought everything required. I brought all the pictures in order and hung them up how I thought would make sense best. She loved it and I was happy to help.

Finally, I feel ready to go further and would love to decorate, organize and style for others more often. With this blog, I want to take you on that journey and share my tips on organization and decoration with you.
